Touring Our Homes. - We want to walk with you through some of the homes we have built in Los Cabos to help you choose the architectural style and layout that suits your life style. You will be able to talk to some of our clients and familiarize yourself with the level of quality that we achieve in each of our homes. You will see the richness of detail, and the balance achieved throughout the house.

Conceptual Design. – Using our architectural and construction skills, We will put your ideas on paper so that you will be able to visualize your home .Our intent is to translate our clients’ ideas so that design, size and spatial relationships both inside and outside the house are readily visible. 

We begin the process with free-hand color sketches that include: 

·  The basic floor plan, showing the house’s orientation, living spaces, furniture arrangement, and the different areas relationship to each other. 

·Principal elevations with views of the exterior from each side, and the placement within the site.

·The site plan will show the house’s placement on the lot, exterior walkways, parking area, entrances, outside facilities, roof lines, domes, skylights, patios and terraces, pool, BBQ , fences, etc.

We can construct a scale model of the house so you can better visualize the proposed house.

After we agreed on the proposal plans and specifications, we will prepare a preliminary budget of costs and determine the approximate period required to build.

Architectural Project. - Once we have agreed on the architectural design and after a detailed review of the conceptual design, we will begin to develop the construction and technical computer drawings. These will include plans for the following.

·Interior elevations

·Wall sections

·Reflected ceiling plans

·Exterior details

·Interior details

·Windows details

·Door details

·Furniture integrated to architecture details.

Full House Bid. - When the full set of plans is produced and the specifications of materials, equipment, finishes, appliances, sinks, faucets, floor tiles, wall tiles, garage doors, hardware for cabinets and doors, fans, lighting fixtures, etc., are set . We will generate and submit to you a detailed bid of the project as well as the period within which the house will be completed.

Written Detailed Contract. - The contract outlines the agreement between EGO Construction setting forth terms, payment schedule, delivery date, etc.,

House Construction. – During the construction of the house, we will present monthly sets of pictures indicating progress and seek your input and suggestions. Normally our clients visit the construction site several times, so they can visually see the progress and assess any changes they may want.

Construction is done according to USA construction codes.
