Compatibility With Nature

The living symbols that flourish and thrive in Baja Sur inspires our designs and work. We build with a profound respect for the regional environment and have learned to harmonize our homes with the surroundings of Los Cabos. Our work is homage to the relationship among the ocean, sun, wind and land – even the majestic cactus.

Before we begin to build, we take into consideration the geo-climatic conditions of the surroundings to take advantage of the prevailing winds and breezes, the sun and the shade, and the views and elevations. We try to use nature to enhance the home. This is further carried out by our building methodology- avoiding use of equipment with excessive energy consumption, using instead, the traditional methods of early builders in Mexico.
